1. General
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of LUXURY TRADING ZURICH GMBH, Winterthurerstrasse 698, CH-8051 Zurich (hereinafter "LUXURY TRADING ZURICH") regulate the rights and obligations in connection with the use of the www.luxurytradingzurich.ch website and the online shop this side. LUXURY TRADING ZURICH offers its customers only original products for sale, especially in the areas of watches, jewelry, cosmetics, perfumes, cars, champagne and wine. The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply between LUXURY TRADING ZURICH and its customers in the version currently available and valid when the contract was concluded.
Any natural or legal person who maintains business relationships with LUXURY TRADING ZURICH is called a customer. These terms and conditions, the delivery and payment conditions as well as the data protection provisions may be adjusted from time to time.

3. Prices
The seller bears the shipping costs for orders in Switzerland. Other costs associated with shipping, in particular customs costs, are borne by the customer.
All prices are gross in Swiss francs (CHF, including VAT) or in EURO (EUR), depending on the information. For customers with residence (seat) outside of Switzerland, there is no VAT.
We reserve the right to make technical changes, errors and misprints; in particular, LUXURY TRADING ZURICH can make price changes at any time and without prior notice.
4. Conclusion of a contract
The offers on www.luxurytradingzurich.ch represent an invitation to the customer to order products. With the order via www.luxurytradingzurich.ch, including the acceptance of these terms and conditions, the customer gives a legally binding acceptance of the contract. LUXURY TRADING ZURICH then sends an automatic order confirmation by email. Orders placed are binding for the customer. The purchase contract is only concluded when the customer has paid the full purchase price.
Orders are shipped if the goods are available. If, after the conclusion of the contract, it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or not completely delivered, LUXURY TRADING ZURICH is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from a part of the contract. Any payment already made by the customer will be refunded accordingly. If payment has not yet been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay. In the event of a contract termination, LUXURY TRADING ZURICH is not obliged to make a replacement delivery and also not to pay any damages.
5. Delivery, inspection obligation and notification of defects
After receipt of the customer's payment, the goods will be sent by post to the address specified by the customer in the order. With dispatch, the benefit and risk are transferred to the customer. LUXURY TRADING ZURICH is not liable for any damage caused by late arrival of the goods at the customer or a third party.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, LUXURY TRADING ZURICH can terminate the contract after notification of the complaint to the customer and setting a reasonable deadline and charge the costs for the activities.
The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to notify LUXURY TRADING ZURICH immediately in writing of any defects for which LUXURY TRADING ZURICH guarantees.
If the inspection by LUXURY TRADING ZURICH shows that the goods do not have any noticeable defects or that these are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, LUXURY TRADING ZURICH can invoice the customer for the activities, the return or any disposal.
6. Right of return and return (revocation)
LUXURY TRADING ZURICH grants a contractual right of return on all products (except for gift vouchers) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
The exercise of the right of return leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods to LUXURY TRADING ZURICH within 14 calendar days of receipt in their original packaging, together with the cancellation form. Returns to LUXURY TRADING ZURICH are made for the account and risk of the customer. Any payment that has already been made will be immediately refunded to the customer if LUXURY TRADING ZURICH has already received the goods back or the customer can provide proof of dispatch.
LUXURY TRADING ZURICH reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the reduction in value from the purchase price already paid or to invoice the customer.
No right of withdrawal is granted in the following cases:
(i) If the contract has a random element, in particular because the price is subject to fluctuations over which LUXURY TRADING ZURICH has no influence.
(ii) If the subject of the contract is a movable object which, due to its nature, is not suitable for a return or which can spoil quickly;
(iii) If the subject of the contract is a movable object that is manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or is clearly tailored to personal needs;
(iv) If the contract relates to digital content and this content is not made available on a fixed data carrier or if the contract must be fulfilled in full by both parties immediately;
(v) If the contract is about a service and the contract is to be fully fulfilled by the provider with the prior express consent of the consumer before the withdrawal period has expired.
7. Warranty for the purchase of goods
LUXURY TRADING ZURICH endeavors to deliver goods in perfect quality. The warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer apply. In addition, the respective guarantee periods specified for the product purchased by LUXURY TRADING ZURICH apply. It is at the discretion of LUXURY TRADING ZURICH to provide the guarantee by free repairs, equivalent replacements or by refunding the purchase price. Further claims are excluded.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, as well as defects that can be traced back to external circumstances.
LUXURY TRADING ZURICH is not able to give assurances or guarantees for the topicality, completeness and correctness of the data as well as for the constant or undisturbed availability of www.luxurytradingzurich.ch, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks and other content. 8. Liability

9. Data protection
LUXURY TRADING ZURICH may process and use the data recorded in the context of the conclusion of the contract to fulfill the obligations from the purchase contract and use it for marketing purposes. 10. Further provisions
